This place was pretty solid. Good beer, good selection of beers, good vibes, decent little layout, and nice staff. Only reason it gets 4 stars for me vs 5 is I would love a little more food selection - bags of chips and a hot dog cart outside, so the focus is very much on the BEER - and the beer was good to very good but not one of the better craft brews I've had. Still good enough to go back for sure, but next time I may eat first or only plan to stay for a brief happy hour before dinner. Location is kind of hidden - check your map app ahead of time - and parking lot is not paved and can get a bit water logged after a good rain. Heads up!

Man, I've got some great memories at 11 Below Brewing. I used to come here after a long day at work, grab a beer, and just unwind. I even celebrated buying my first house here, and when the Astros won the 2022 World Series? I was here with my newborn son and family, and it was unforgettable. The beer is where it's at. Hipster Sauce? That's usually my go to beer. It's got this perfect tropical, citrusy kick. Then there's Negative Space, which is a whole different vibe, super smooth, a bit chocolatey, with a nice coffee flavor. 7-Iron is just that easy-drinking, refreshing beer, and their Cutter Crisp is exactly what it sounds like--light, crisp, and great for any occasion (in this Texas heat its been a must have) I was heartbroken when i found out that this location closed, but the good news is they've moved to Fortress BeerWorks in spring, You can still find em and their amazing brews at their check em out at the new spot!

I would like to recommend 11 Below Brewing, great people, like Bryce who is extremely helpful and friendly and great beer. Try their dark beers -you will love the smoothness and flavor.

Ambiance: Large industrial brewing space with multiple picnic tables & high top tables located in an industrial park in the Willowbrook area - perfect for a game night, birthday party, day out with your dogs & kids, or hanging out on a weekend. Some parking onsite & TVs for watching a game. Small bier Garten patio area attached. They offer beer flights - totally recommend for trying new options! Limited choices for those who don't love beer - but that's every brewery. My husband is a huge beer connoisseur and really enjoyed our experience at 11 Below. For me, the ambiance was just a bit too industrial and lacking given that I don't always love ordering beers but that's mostly due to personal preference. I would come back for an event or to celebrate an occasion.

I was looking for breweries near home and stumbled upon 11 Below Brewing. They have plenty of beers on tap, something for everyone. The warehouse was a little hot but they have a "chill room" that has AC. So no need to worry about the heat. Plenty of seating all around. They also have board games. Seems like they have different food vendors on different days. I'll come back to try the food one day. Friendly staff and great beer = 5/5

Warehouse district brewery. Food truck on deck and $6 pints. They've migrated away from the token system and now just have IMO overpriced beer. $22 pitchers if you know what you want which is the deal. Honestly, I expect cheaper beers in a warehouse with no air-conditioning. In the plus column the beer was tasty and the food truck gets good reviews (we didn't dine). Overall, not mad we came but can't see returning if there isn't a special event or something.

It's a working brewery in an industrial park. Plenty of beer selections with large interior and a side patio.

I continue to sample their beers on a regular basis and I continue to be impressed. Their stouts are still the best stouts i have ever had. Bold statement, but they have some bold stouts. In the summer, I tend to gravitate to the lighter ales, 7 Iron is a solid choice. I am also really happy when I taste Dublin Your Luck, it is a great one. Life is too short to drink mass market flavorless American lagers. Go check out these guys at the brewery, in your local bar or supermarket. If you like good beer you won't go wrong.

Stop # 14 on the #FiftyTXBreweriesBy50Tour. 11 Below Brewing is a cool space to be in. The brew is quality. Lots of space, inside and out. The Java Space is available. An Imperial Coffee Milk coming in at 9%, it''s an 8oz pour and worth spending a token on. Bee Someone, a Honey Wheat Ale, registers a 6.9% and is delicious! $15 gets you a glass and 3 tokens. Each token is worth one pour. Get you some!
